Katrina Update #3

Just heard from Janis. She was calling from I-10 & Florida Blvd. It is normally about a 7 minute drive to that location. But traffic is starting to move faster.

Some friends who chose not to leave with Janis just called her and are now terrified and want to leave, but there is nothing we can do.

I don't think I have ever felt so helpless in my life.
