New Orleans, flooded. This is a closer view of near-downtown, looking
from the west and north, towards the river. Interstate 10 is the
elevated roadway. US-90 (the Ponchartrain Expressway) is the wider
freeway in the lower right. The Superdome is off-frame to the right.
