17th St. Levee Breech
This is a closeup view of the breech. You can see a portion of the
damaged flood wall towards the right in the middle of the picture. That
is also part of the flood wall peaking out just a bit below and to the
left of center. Although the water has slowed down, there is still an
inflow of water into the city, as can be seen by the slight bit of
white around the smaller piece of the damaged flood wall.
