Andrea poses in front of the huge kilns. The one on the left is distilling 60 proof and the one on the right is distilling at 65 proof. I don't know why that is important, but that's what the guide said. Interesting fact - bourbon gets its color from aging in the oak barrels. When distilled it is clear.
